The price includes: electricity, heating, linen, towels, in-house items such as tea, coffee, toilet roll etc and also a Welcome pack.

The number of people occupying Scarvataing should not exceed six people.

Sorry but strictly No pets and the property is Non Smoking. Thank you.

You should let us know on your booking form your estimated time of arrival and if travelling by boat or plane. There are directions from Sumburgh/Aith and Lerwick/Aith on the flyer leaflet that will be sent to you. If you find that you are lost, please telephone and we will do what we can to help you.

Scarvataing is let on condition that it is returned at the end of the period of occupation in the same condition that it was found on arrival. 

The hired property shall be used solely for holiday purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing by the proprietors.

The hirer must undertake to vacate the property at the termination of the let.

The hirer shall be responsible for any damages or breakages to the property, furnishings etc. All damages must be reported and paid for prior to departure.

Bookings normally run on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Scarvataing will be ready for occupation at 2pm on the first day of your stay. You should vacate Scarvataing by 10am on the final day of your stay.  We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, but this is due to cleaning.

Booking Scarvataing requires a  deposit  to be sent at the time of booking and the balance paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. During this time of uncertainty, any deposit/balance payments made will be refunded to you, if it is unsafe or not advised to travel.

The proprietors will not be responsible for any loss or damage or any injury to persons not caused through the fault of the proprietor.

All prices are quoted on a per-week basis where the week is Saturday  to Saturday .
